Open Timeslots

Help Pack Provisions by filling and packing orders! This will be the main duty for volunteers, available anytime that the ASUN Center for Student Engagement is open. In addition to packing orders, we can use help with updating inventory, as well as restocking, organizing, and cleaning our pantry.

In order to volunteer for Pack Provisions, we require the completion of online training. This training is accessible through WebCampus, which is specifically for Pack Provisions volunteers. This is also where we will send out announcements and updates, post training videos, and share more volunteer opportunities. Please fill out this form to request access to this WebCampus course. You will be admitted to the course, please accept the invitation to join the course. On the Canvas page, you will find the volunteer requirements module, which needs to be completed before you come in to volunteer.

In addition, any person that works for ASUN needs to fill out specific paperwork, which includes any Pack Provisions volunteer. Before or on the date of your first shift, please find time to come in to the ASUN Center for Student Engagement. You can get the paperwork from Central Station. Please fill it out and return it to Patrick Alejaga, she is the Assistant Director of Accounting for ASUN, at Central Station. She will also need your social security number, so please have that information available. They are open Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. This paperwork is also included on the WebCampus course, where you are able to print it out and fill it out yourself. You will still need to turn that hard copy in to Patrick.
