I volunteered for a total of ten hours between Wednesday and Thursday this week. All together the commute both ways for both days totaled to four hours. This was my first experience doing DC reads and I enjoyed every moment of it. The kids were amazing and the staff were amazing. The extra hour is from the time I spent at the site meeting.
