PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING COMPLETELY...

So nice of you to think of us for volunteering. We are in constant need of caring persons to come and join us in our fight against local hunger. The process is not complicated at all.

Simply go to: http://usfstudentsstaff.communityharvest.volunteerhub.com/   next to the appointment is a “Sign Up” button to click on. That will take you to a New or Returning User page…you are NEW unless you have volunteered here in the last 12 months. If so, choose Returning User and put your name in the text box and see if your information is still available. If not, then create your account as a “New User”. Respond to the Community Service page and then click on the “next” or Continue” button in the lower right corner of that page. The next page should be your profile form for your name, address, date of birth, etc. There will be a page for our “Liability Release Form” and then you will be signed up for the event you selected.

Please arrive at 999 E. Tillman by 7:30 AM, you will need to park in the lot across Tillman in the Domino’s Pizza lot (just not in the marked places at the end of the building). Enter in through the “Volunteer Entrance” door. Please check in with me, Roy Nevil, at the Volunteer Check-in table set up where you can register your attendance on an iPad or by signing in on a sheet beside your name. We will assign positions by 7:40AM and will begin the Drive Through very close to 7:45AM.

On the day you volunteer, please wear comfortable clothing for walking, bending over. Wear shoes that are NOT open toed (Sandals and similar). We have bottled water on site. This is an OUTDOOR event so please be aware of the weather forecast. Please leave your purse in your car as we do not have a place to store them inside.

We so appreciate your volunteering at the Community Harvest Food Bank. We could not come even close to doing what we are able to do without you. Thank you so much!
