    Community Service Learning Program

    Another very good service day. I packed a cargo van full of shelf-stable pantry staples and helped set up a food distribution for families in need in the parking lot of Brightwood Elementary. I participated in brain storming on the best ways to distribute goods in higher demand that we wanted to ensure every family could get a share of.

    This day I got to participate in the drop off of HOPE totes at 3 DCPS schools. I also participated in food distribution to families in need at dismissal time.

    I participated in the bag-stuffing process for Hope Multiplied. Around ten other volunteers and I completed just over 100 bags to be donated to food-insecure students.
